When I became pregnant with my first child I knew it was time to begin looking for that certain home - that certain neighborhood to raise our family. For us, South Fork seemed to be the perfect location for our needs. Shortly after meeting with the friendly sales representative and looking at the available floor plans in our price range, we knew we’d found our match.

The "Sonata" is an attractive 1-story 3 bedroom starter home, with gorgeous, spacious features such as our family room - where most of the action in our home takes place. We envisioned sitting on the floor playing with our children, or watching them play as dinner was being made in that home even before it was built. I remember having a copy of the floor plan in my planner at work and mapping out the flow our house. Royce helped us build our idea of a home by creating such a family-oriented, safe floor plan. Our family member is a fireman in Houston, and he even complimented the floor plan - detailing the set up and smart evacuation routes in cases of emergency.

We became sort of pioneers in the neighborhood; we were the twelfth family to move in. We prayed for our neighborhood - for the neighbors to come - for the company’s vision and we believe it’s paying off. Royce helped our family build the ideal home because of the procedure. The whole process was simple and convincing enough for a young couple, such as ourselves, to put our faith (and our dollars) into an investment for our future and the future of our children. You see, our daughter who is now 3, doesn’t remember the apartment complex she spent her first 11 months in. She only knows her home - the home Royce Builders made available to us. Royce truly helped my family build our idea of a home by being in diverse neighborhoods and different parts of the city of Houston. We could have chosen any other builder but we’re glad Royce was in our radar and that South Fork emerged when it did.
