Royce Builders helped our family build our idea of a home by giving us hope for the future and a new beginning. Earlier that year our family had gone through some hard times. My husband’s mother had passed away, we were involved in a bad car accident and to top it off, the problems with our apartment complex were never ending. We were constantly dealing with a broken air conditioner, burglary, and flea infestations. Even though it felt like one problem after another, something told us to have hope. That same hope encouraged us to look for a house and better our lives. The Highland Creek Ranch model homes drew our attention and inside, we met Denise. She walked us through the whole process and made us feel like valuable customers. Denise even came by after we moved in to congratulate us.

Looking back, we know it was my husband’s mother watching over us, leading us in the right direction, that helped make this such a positive experience. Purchasing a home that met our all needs has been a dream come true. The location of the subdivision is great and it’s exciting to see how the surrounding areas are developing. I see my children growing up, making friends, and graduating from the high school just down the street. It is a joy watching our children play in the yard, knowing that they’ll have great memories of a house that has become a home. I’ve included a picture of my husband and our kids, enjoying our big back yard in the comfort of our lovely home. Thank you for taking our hope and building it into a reality.
